Regime fiercely shelled the besieged city of Dara then stormed the city from three directions. Rebel fighters inside the city resisted the attack. Violent fighting was reported. One civilian was killed and an unspecified number of people were wounded, knowing that there is no hospital in the city.
Regime forces also shelled the city of Tafas in the western countryside of Dara. One civilian was reported killed.
Showing their support to the capital of the province, the people of Saida town in the east of Dara revolted against the regime forces in their town, attacked security installations and captured an office for the military intelligence and a military checkpoint near to the town’s hospital. They also imprisoned an unspecified number of the regime’s elements.
Um Al Mayazen is another town that revolted. Locals there said they captured two military checkpoints and seized a tank and ammunition.
The people of Al Shajara captured the military intelligence office in their town, while the people of Al Mahallya town said they killed or wounded an unspecified number of the regime’s security elements in an attack that targeted the air force intelligence office in their town.

c. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)

Russian warplanes conducted four air strikes on the village of Al Bara in Jabal Al Zawya mountain in the south of Idlib. Regime forces fired heavy artillery on the village of Iblin in the same area. There were no reports of casualties.
Rebel groups active in the “Al Fateh Al Mubin” operational room said they shelled the regime positions at the frontline in the south of Idlib.

d. Turkish Influence Territory (Afrin, Azaz, Al Bab, Jarablus, Tal Abyad, Ras Al Ayn)

Regime’s media sources accused Turkey and allied rebel forces in northern Aleppo of shelling regime-held villages in the area. The shelling targeted –according to the regime sources- the villages of Tal Madik, Ibin, Akyba, Deir Jammal and the outskirts of Tal Rifa’at. The shelling caused damage in farms and houses.

e. SDF-held Northeast Syria (Most of Raqqa and Hasaka, part of Deir Ezzor, parts of Aleppo: Manbij, Ayn Al Arab\Kobani, Tal Rifa’at.)

The Euphrates Dam coordinator employed by SDF said in a statement that Turkey is still holding half of Syria’s share of the Euphrates River water. The coordinator added that this situation is damaging farming, undermining the dam’s capacity to generate electricity and is creating pollution in the water and making it undrinkable.

f. ISIS Update

Opposition media sources said the International Coalition forces in northeast Syria killed on Monday Abu Omar Al Iraqi, a top commander in the Islamic State and a member of the group’s Shura Council. Abu Omar, according to the opposition sources, was one of those top leaders in ISIS who are used to be called the Al Qaradish.
