A. General Syria News
Serbia sent its new ambassador to Damascus on Thursday. The new ambassador was received by the regime’s foreign minister Faisal Al Mikdad.
B. Regime-held Territory
Dara: Regime forces sent new reinforcements to the east of Dara on Thursday. The reinforcements included tanks and heavy artillery, in addition to dozens of troops. The regime forces arbitrarily shelled the village of Nahta. Villagers started leaving because of the shelling.
Deir Ezzor: Opposition media sources said the IRGC is rehabilitating Al Hamdan agricultural airport in the Albukamal area in the east of Deir Ezzor. According to the sources, the IRGC will use the airport as a base for unmanned aerial vehicles.
C. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)
Russian warplanes bombed the village of Al Bara in Idlib, the hills of Kbayni in Latakia and the village of Dwer Al Akrad in Hama; all under rebel control. On the other hand, regime forces fired heavy artillery on rebel-held villages in the west of Hama and the west of Aleppo. There were no reports of casualties in either case.
D. Turkish Influence Territory (Afrin, Azaz, Al Bab, Jarablus, Tal Abyad, Ras Al Ayn)
Two civil defense members were killed in the village of Hazwan near Al Bab city when SDF targeted their car with a guided missile. The Turkish forces responded to the attack by shelling SDF locations in northern Aleppo.
E. SDF-held Northeast Syria (Most of Raqqa and Hasaka, part of Deir Ezzor, parts of Aleppo: Manbij, Ayn Al Arab\Kobani, Tal Rifa’at.)
The regime’s news agency SANA accused the American forces of stealing Syrian oil. The agency reported that a convoy of 25 American tankers filled with oil left Hasaka through the Al Yarubya crossing towards Iraq escorted by SDF.
F. ISIS Update
The international coalition forces conducted an air-born operation in the village of Ziban in the east of Deir Ezzor. The operation resulted in the arrest of Abdulrazzak Al Jala’ad, a supposed member of ISIS. Some weapons were reportedly found in Jala’ad’s residence.
