A. Regime-held Territory
Dara: The regime’s news agency SANA said “armed elements” continued to hand over their weapons for the second day in row in the city of Dara. The agency added this is a step towards putting an end to the “abnormal” situation in the city and getting “terrorists” out of it.
B. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)
Regime forces fired heavy artillery on rebel-held areas in western Hama and western and southern Idlib. A 17 years old girl was killed in the village of Fraiki in western idlib.
Rebels responded by firing Grad missiles on the regime positions at the frontlines in western Hama and southern Idlib.
C. Turkish Influence Territory (Afrin, Azaz, Al Bab, Jarablus, Tal Abyad, Ras Al Ayn)
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) said in a report that the Turkey-supported SNA arrested 86 civilians in August. Among the detainees were 10 women and one child.
D. SDF-held Northeast Syria (Most of Raqqa and Hasaka, part of Deir Ezzor, parts of Aleppo: Manbij, Ayn Al Arab/Kobani, Tal Rifa’at.)
The Turkish army said it killed nine SDF elements in the Tal Abyad/Ras Al Ayn area, known as Peace Spring area. There was no comment from SDF.
