A. Regime-held Territory
Deir Ezzor: Two children died in the explosion of mine remnants of war in the city of Al Mayadin in the east of Deir Ezzor.
B. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)
Regime forces fired heavy artillery on the city of Ariha in the south of Idlib. Six civilians were reported wounded.
Russian warplanes bombed on Thursday morning the village of Kansafra in Jabal Al Zawya. There were no reports of casualties.
C. Turkish Influence Territory (Afrin, Azaz, Al Bab, Jarablus, Tal Abyad, Ras Al Ayn)
The Al Rai’e hospital, one of the main hospitals in the north of Aleppo, announced an emergency plan according to which visits were prohibited due to the outbreak of COVID 19 in the north of Syria. According to the new plan, operations which are not urgent were postponed and the general clinics were closed.
Fifteen people were reported as dead of COVID 19 infection in the north of Syria in the last 48 hours.
