A. Regime-held Territory
Dara: A unit from the Russian military police entered Dara Al Balad this morning. This comes according to the agreement reached between the regime and Dara people with the help of Russia. The Russian police entered to guarantee ceasefire in the city. The new agreement includes that rebels hand over their weapons, while those who refuse; numbered as 34, will be given the chance to leave to the north of Syria.
B. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)
Russian warplanes bombed the village of Al Hamama in rural Jisr Al Shughour in the west of Idlib. Regime forces shelled rebel-held villages in western Hama and northern Latakia. There were no reports of casualties. Rebel forces responded by shelling regime positions in Shat-ha, in the west of Hama, and Khan Shiekhoun, in the south of Idlib.
C. SDF-held Northeast Syria (Most of Raqqa and Hasaka, part of Deir Ezzor, parts of Aleppo: Manbij, Ayn Al Arab/Kobani, Tal Rifa’at.)
Deir Ezzor: Activists in the city of Al Bukamal in the east of Deir Ezzor said they heard loud explosions on Wednesday morning. The explosions came in a time when warplanes of the international coalition were in the sky. The activists said they think the warplanes conducted air strikes on the regime positions in the area.
The Kurdish administration for northeast Syria ended two-week campgain aginast drug dealers in Raqqa. The authorities arrested an unspecified number of addicts and dealers. The authorities said the dealers were buying drugs from the regime areas and the Turkish-occupied territories. However, opposition activists accuse SDF of planting Hashish and selling Captagon and other drugs to the regime areas and Turkey.
